STIR FRY SAUCE

  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon night soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Chinese cooking wine, (or Mirin, dry sherry, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, sake, rice vino vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon white granulated carbohydrate, or sweetener for low carb -- (OPTIONAL)

STIR FRY

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 minor onion, sliced
  • iv cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • one pound lean footing beef (mince), (500g)
  • ane head cabbage, core removed and leaves shredded (8 cups shredded cabbage)
  • one large carrot, peeled and shredded (ane/2 cup shredded)
  • common salt and pepper, to taste
  • Combine stir fry ingredients in a bowl. Gear up sauce aside.

  • Heat cooking oil a large skillet over medium-high oestrus. Sauté the onion until showtime to soften, about 3 minutes. Cook the garlic and ginger until fragrant, most 30 seconds.
